Yellow Balloon




An exercise in visualisation. 
Sometimes, rather than solve a problem, we need to simply let it go. Visualise a Yellow Balloon. Begin to fill your Yellow Balloon with air, and as this yellow balloon fills with air, fill it with all the things you can think of which you feel guilty about. Which you are fearful about. Which have been a painful experience for you. Part of you wants to hang on to your yellow balloon a while longer, but you decide to let it go. As soon as you let it go, it goes up into the air. You can see your Yellow Balloon getting smaller and smaller until it finally disappears. Open your eyes. Do you feel lighter now?
