This piece reimagines the documentary feature A Worm in the Heart as a tactile, visual book. Through a series of expressive spreads, it interprets the deeply personal accounts of LGBT+ individuals encountered along Russia’s Trans-Siberian Railway. Rather than simply documenting these stories, the book translates them into mood, texture, and rhythm—using design to echo themes of distance, isolation, resilience, and quiet defiance.
